Summary: Join Meta as an HR Strategic Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic tech and business teams. We are seeking a passionate and innovative individual who is ready to make a positive impact at both operational and strategic levels. You will be instrumental in cultivating a vibrant and creative community, driving growth and excellence within the organization. Core Responsibilities: Design and implement tailored solutions focused on scalability and growth, encompassing strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management, and team building. Serve as a key business partner, offering guidance, thought leadership, and coaching across all organizational levels. Proactively evaluate team and organizational development needs, providing recommendations and executing effective solutions. Utilize data analysis and reporting to align HR strategies with business objectives. Drive talent management initiatives that foster individual growth and support team development. Oversee and enhance the Performance Summary Cycle and annual employee engagement surveys. Collaborate with HR colleagues across Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to drive impactful solutions. Partner with regional HR stakeholders to align on global strategies and ensure effective execution. Facilitate team workshops and offsite meetings as necessary. Actively contribute to and lead projects within the HR community. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years in an HR Business Partner or related role. Demonstrated experience supporting global or highly matrixed organizations. Strong judgment and ability to assess risk in relation to business needs. Proven consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills. Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities. Empathetic mindset and experience in community-building initiatives. Strong project management and change management skills. Experience leveraging data to uncover insights that drive action. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while building relationships across teams. Capacity to influence others and adeptly solve strategic problems. Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree. Public Compensation: The salary range for this role is $152,000/year to $220,000/year, along with bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
