We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development of transformative robotic solutions that enhance human-machine collaboration. In this customer-centric role, you will engage with software and hardware teams, aligning customer needs with innovative solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the Voice of the Customer from concept to launch and beyond. Identifying new product opportunities by analyzing the business landscape and understanding customer needs. Writing business and product requirements documents while ensuring clear communication with design and development teams. Participating in core team activities related to research, requirements definition, implementation, testing, and product launch. Coordinating cross-functional efforts to manage bottlenecks, escalating issues, and balancing business needs with technical feasibility. Measuring and analyzing existing products to identify innovation opportunities that improve customer benefits. Confidently presenting to Amazon senior management and large audiences. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a technical field. 6+ years of experience collaborating directly with engineering teams. A proven history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and at or beyond scope. Experience working with engineering teams to define and prioritize product requirements across software and hardware domains. 8+ years in product management roles. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience delivering technology products/services in a fast-paced environment with an ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. Duties include collaborating effectively with staff and adhering to safety standards while delivering top-notch customer service. The expected salary range for this position is $206,900.00 - $279,900.00 USD annually. Your total Amazon compensation will also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be tailored based on your experience, qualifications, and location.
