JOB DESCRIPTION Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about managing critical information in claims databases? We are looking for a Senior Contract Configuration Analyst to facilitate the accurate and timely management of essential data. In this key role, you will synchronize data across operational and claims systems while applying relevant business rules to each database. You will play a vital part in validating data for storage and ensuring compliance with business requirements concerning contracting, benefits, prior authorizations, fee schedules, and other operational needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Load and maintain contract, benefit, or reference table information within the claims payment system and applicable systems with efficiency. Engage in defect resolution for assigned components to uphold system integrity and performance. Contribute to the development of configuration standards and best practices, providing suggestions for enhancements to improve efficiency and quality. Assist with planning and coordinating application upgrades and releases, participating in test plan development and execution. Participate in the implementation and conversion efforts for new and existing health plans. Possess a strong background in contract configuration using QNXT or Networx. Bring prior experience with DOFR (Division of Financial Responsibility), CA DOFR, DME, capitation, and physician pricing. Demonstrate proficiency in Medicare payment methods and hospital payment methodologies. Exhibit a solid understanding of hospital claims processing and configuration. Maintain knowledge of Medicare fee schedules. Experience with Medicaid and Duals is highly preferred. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience: 5-7 years in SQL, Medicare, Networx, QNXT, claims processing, and hospital claims payment methods. Preferred Education: Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.
