As an integral part of our Oracle Lead to Revenue team, you will harness Oracle's extensive suite of applications and tools designed to enhance every aspect of the customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial as you implement and configure Oracle’s lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions to meet the unique requirements of organizations. The Opportunity In your role within the Oracle Lead to Revenue team, you will engage deeply in the entire Lead-to-Revenue cycle, which encompasses sales, sales operations, ordering, billing, fulfillment, payments, collections, revenue management, and accounting practices. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach your teams, manage client service accounts, and lead assigned engagement workstreams to solve complex problems and produce high-quality deliverables. You will thoroughly analyze Lead-to-Revenue processes to discover areas for improvement and support core finance system implementations, finance strategy transformations, and the development of Lead-to-Revenue functions. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing activities within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle. Developing and managing client accounts and teams. Focusing on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff. Solving and analyzing complex problems to create industry-leading deliverables. Conducting detailed analyses of Lead-to-Revenue processes. Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Supporting core finance system implementation and optimization efforts. Crafting and executing innovative finance strategies and transformations. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 7 years of relevant experience What Sets You Apart Experience in the Lead-to-Revenue cycle. A solid understanding of various business models and revenue recognition standards under ASC 606. Hands-on experience with Oracle CX, including Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Service Cloud. Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Lead-to-Revenue operational metrics. Expertise in analyzing Lead-to-Revenue processes. Experience with core finance system implementations. Ability to support strategic planning initiatives and dashboard design. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will be based on individual experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
