Job Description Are you ready to elevate your career in cloud consulting? We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Cloud Financials Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients successfully adopt Oracle Cloud Financials solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep ERP implementation experience to lead innovative and effective solutions for our customers. As a senior-level consultant, you will: Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to project teams. Be responsible for the design and implementation of high-performance solutions, meeting project timelines and budgets. Analyze business needs and ensure Oracle solutions align with client objectives through a solid understanding of industry standards and products. Utilize your judgment and business acumen to select methods and techniques that address complex applications and technology demands. Mentor project teams and influence key decisions with customer leadership. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and project extensions. Collaborate with sales to provide your domain expertise in consulting. Tackle intricate customer challenges by proposing and implementing strategic solutions within the Oracle product universe. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of functional consulting experience in relevant fields. Experience in team leadership or management is preferred. Strong business process expertise, particularly in finance functions. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. CPA certification is a plus. Profound product or technical knowledge in relevant areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build rapport and influence clients and team members. Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities. Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed. Salary Range and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary range from $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with the potential for bonuses and equity.
