Key Responsibilities: Client Delivery: Lead strategy, roadmap, and planning workshops to align our innovative solutions with client objectives. Effectively manage client expectations while overseeing comprehensive solution delivery across various domains. Analyze complex challenges methodically, translating them into actionable segments and delivering concise presentations to client executive management. Business Development: Support our growth through engaging client discovery meetings, aiding in proposal creation, and showcasing visionary solutions to C-Level executives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration in solution development. Practice Development & Thought Leadership: Advance Ensono's advisory service offerings and establish yourself as a technology thought leader. Stay informed of the latest IT trends and technologies, mentoring team members to promote collective advancement. Essential Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in leading transformative modernization initiatives within IT and a background in senior-level consulting. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle. Experience in assessing modernization strategies for Legacy Systems and creating modern architectural frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a proven executive presence.
