This role provides the opportunity to work with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic surgery, and other complex medical diagnoses.The PT will perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, improving functional independence, and preparing patients for safe discharge home or to the next level of care.
