Overview Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Help at Home is on the lookout for an energized and hands-on Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality to lead the enhancement of our compliance program in our multi-state home-based care organization. This prominent executive position plays a crucial role in promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and integrity throughout our operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive regulatory knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively advising our Board and executive team while building strong relationships with caregivers and operational leaders. This is more than just a corporate compliance role; it is a strategic and operational leadership opportunity that requires influencing skills, accessibility, and the capacity to simplify complex regulations into actionable strategies. The base salary range for this role is $288,000-$300,000, along with a bonus opportunity. Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off and holidays Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives Flexible work options to support a well-rounded lifestyle Responsibilities Establish and elevate the enterprise compliance strategy in alignment with organizational growth and regulatory standards Evaluate existing compliance capabilities and enhance team structure, processes, and field engagement Direct compliance monitoring, audit preparedness, and risk mitigation throughout multiple states Convert home care and home health regulations into clear and actionable guidance for operational teams Enhance compliance visibility and engagement across field operations, including travel to essential markets Collaborate across clinical, operational, HR, and legal teams to integrate compliant decision-making into daily operations Lead investigations and manage the planning of corrective actions Advise the executive leadership team and Board on compliance risks, program effectiveness, and emerging regulatory trends Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or Juris Doctor preferred Preferred: Compliance certification such as CHC, CHPC, or equivalent 10+ years of senior compliance leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare environment Strong understanding of home care, home health, PACE, or similarly regulated community-based care models Proven experience with audits and managing multi-state regulatory complexities Ability to influence without direct authority and excel in matrixed, fast-paced settings Excellent relationship-building capabilities, engaging both field teams and executive stakeholders effectively Demonstrated executive presence and experience communicating with Board level audiences A strategic thinker with the capacity to dive into details when necessary Our Commitment Help at Home is dedicated to nurturing a culture of superior quality, safety, and compliance.
