Overview Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Help at Home is on the lookout for an energized and hands-on Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality to lead the enhancement of our compliance program in our multi-state home-based care organization. This prominent executive position plays a crucial role in promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and integrity throughout our operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive regulatory knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively advising our Board and executive team while building strong relationships with caregivers and operational leaders. This is more than just a corporate compliance role; it is a strategic and operational leadership opportunity that requires influencing skills, accessibility, and the capacity to simplify complex regulations into actionable strategies. The base salary range for this role is $288,000-$300,000, along with a bonus opportunity.
