Your Opportunity As the Program Manager for AI Learner Development, you will spearhead an innovative project that integrates wellness into education and leverages AI to enhance students’ educational, foundational, and emotional skills. This role combines learning sciences, psychological research, data science, and educational development, demanding analytical prowess and strong communication skills. Reporting to the Vice President of AI Learner Development, you will collaborate with diverse teams to make a meaningful impact. You will engage quickly and collaboratively within a dynamic team, establishing a robust wellness skills system, testing core hypotheses, and adapting based on data and feedback. Your work will span time zones, partnering with interdisciplinary teams to design effective education and wellness interventions. Key Responsibilities: Design frameworks for engaging learning activities rooted in psychological, behavioral, and cognitive sciences. Draft precise learning goals, skills maps, and adaptable taxonomies. Create dynamic, interactive content with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others. Produce high-quality AI prompts for AI-powered learning agents. Conduct synthetic evaluations on AI transcripts and interactions. Incorporate leading research in AI and psychology into practical strategies. Prepare comprehensive literature reviews on psychology, education, wellness, and AI topics. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enhance scalable, personalized learning features. Develop educational materials and project documentation for multiple stakeholders. Balance strategic vision with meticulous execution in curriculum development. Contribute to internal design systems including tagging frameworks and knowledge graphs. Utilize data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and guide evidence-based iterations. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Learning Design, or a related field. Knowledge of conducting and synthesizing literature reviews. Experience with synthetic evaluations involving AI agents. Skills in cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data. Proficiency in coding languages like Python or R for data analysis. Experience designing and managing surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics. Strong academic writing skills, with experience in manuscript preparation. Background in linguistics, UX writing, or natural language design. Proficiency in using AI-powered content creation tools. Familiarity with competency-based or mastery-based learning models. Experience in edtech startups, L&D teams, or large-scale instructional design. Proficiency with tools like Notion, Figma, Airtable, and low-code platforms. Experience creating programs for nontraditional adult learners. Knowledge of psychological research methodologies. Experience in educational settings or wellness program development. Expertise in technology-enhanced learning or digital wellness. Familiarity with AI technologies for productivity and research. Experience in developing soft-skill frameworks is a plus. We expect to hire in the target range of $71,033.00 - $96,103.00.
