We are seeking an AI Governance Lead to drive our technology market readiness initiative. Your core responsibility will be to design and promote effective governance frameworks that align with the expectations of our firm and our clients, emphasizing compliance with evolving market standards and internal guidelines, especially in independence, legal, privacy, and network security areas. As a leader, you will motivate and guide your team towards excellence. You will play a key role in coaching your colleagues, leveraging their unique strengths, managing performance, and ensuring ultimate client satisfaction. With a keen understanding of business dynamics, you will identify opportunities that drive our firm's growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute robust AI governance frameworks. Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure adherence to firm policies. Guide the implementation and adaptation of protocols for responsible AI usage and maintenance. Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting AI practices. Mentor team members on best practices in AI governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program effectiveness. Evaluate third-party risks associated with AI technologies. Remain updated on emerging trends in AI and technology. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 4 years' experience in technology governance functions. What Makes You Stand Out: Familiarity with AI concepts and their practical applications in business. Understanding of organizational governance and operational frameworks. Experience in technology governance roles. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly for executive-level discussions. Knowledge of data science and AI lifecycle management. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Familiarity with internal review and procurement processes for AI assets. Understanding of cloud platform environments.
