Your Role as a Speech Therapist As a Speech Therapist with us, your role will encompass: Evaluating and assessing patients to create individualized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation. Identifying therapy issues and modifying treatment approaches as necessary. Documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment. Celebrating patient milestones and successes along their recovery journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
