As our Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will: Take charge of our diverse food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, and catering services. Drive food service sales and achieve performance targets while focusing on quality and consistency. Collaborate with peers to analyze trends and create actionable plans. Become the go-to expert on food programs and promotions, ensuring effective marketing strategies. Lead training initiatives for Customer Service Associates to foster outstanding service and proficiency. Support the hiring, scheduling, training, and development of team members, recognizing and encouraging great performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance for smooth daily operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong leadership experience, preferably in food service or retail environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Able to multitask, make sound decisions, and implement changes in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in problem-solving to drive results, enhance sales, and streamline operations. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $23.40 to $31.55 and is commensurate with experience and location. Associates are also eligible for monthly bonus incentives.
