Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and promoting suitable financial solutions. Manage and process payments for customer accounts. Engage with current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production. Safeguard cash drawers and handle accounting tasks, including accurately balancing and preparing deposits. Perform office administrative tasks such as checking branch mail and purchasing office supplies. Process loan applications and collect dues effectively. Fulfill additional duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential Preferred Qualifications Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential extended hours during the week, including Saturdays when necessary.
