About Our Mid-Market Business: Accenture's Mid-market segment focuses on helping medium-sized companies transform, scale, and thrive in today's competitive landscape. We are looking to enhance our Mid-market team with talented professionals who have the experience to drive effective transformations. Role Overview: The AABG Mid Market Business Development Specialist will identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Accenture Mid Market Direct segment. This role involves engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels to educate them on Accenture’s solutions and assess their needs. Once opportunities are validated, the specialist will register them in the AWS ACE system and transfer them to the appropriate Mid Market Sales Executives and Technical Architects for further action. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, classify, and prioritize leads from various channels. Engage with potential customers directly. Track and report key metrics in sales management/CRM systems. Collaborate with Sales Executives and Technical Architects for smooth transition of qualified leads. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100%, based on client needs. Qualifications: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in complex cloud solutions or DevOps consulting. A minimum of 2 years selling AWS and related services. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years minimum). For an Associate's Degree, at least 6 years of work experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: A technical background in DevOps or Cloud is advantageous. Compensation at Accenture is determined by various factors, including office location, role, expertise, and experience level.
