Position Overview As an Evening Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant and General Manager by independently managing shifts while embodying the Live Más spirit. You will take pride in overseeing operations, proactively addressing challenges, and inspiring your team towards success. Core Responsibilities Effective Shift Management: Ensure seamless operations while maintaining Taco Bell's high standards. Proactive Problem Solving: Actively address challenges and seek assistance when needed. Team Development: Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Enhancing Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming environment where every customer leaves satisfied and happy. Availability for closing shifts, typically finishing between 3:00 am - 5:00 am.
