Job Description Overview: Join our Consulting Solutions Group as a Solutions Principal, where you'll collaborate with the Oracle NetSuite direct Sales and Account Management teams to scope, design, and estimate Professional Services for exciting new sales opportunities. In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers to accurately document their business requirements and align them with NetSuite functionalities. Your responsibilities will also include presenting and delivering comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services, ensuring that the customer requirements gathered by the Sales team are fully understood and integrated into the implementation SOW. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with sales representatives and Solutions Consultants to validate and refine project requirements and assist in solution strategies. Collaborate with Practice Vertical Leads and Managers to determine the best Professional Service approach tailored to client needs. Manage a diverse portfolio of Professional Services opportunities, prioritizing tasks effectively. Craft Statements of Work and develop realistic cost estimates for Professional Services engagements. Maintain organized records of Professional Services Engagements in our internal sales force automation system. Articulate and sell compelling Professional Services Value Propositions. Engage in the pricing process and present SOWs to potential customers, clarifying content and addressing questions. Negotiate the scope of SOWs with prospects, adjusting pricing and project details as necessary. Provide technical support for sales initiatives leveraging NetSuite offerings. Analyze complex problems, utilizing data insights for informed decision-making. Translate customer business needs into effective business solutions or re-engineering initiatives. Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Professional Services implementation team. Assist clients in aligning their budgets and priorities with scope and deployment strategies. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems. Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. Experience collaborating with sales teams in a pre-sales or services capacity. Proven ability to create and present compelling solution value propositions. Experience in drafting Statements of Work and accurate cost estimations. Strong negotiation skills and adept at fostering customer relationships. Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with financial applications and an understanding of accounting principles. Experience with NetSuite platform strongly recommended, other competing offerings will be considered. Preferred familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware solutions. Demonstrated proficiency in transforming customer requirements into sophisticated business solutions. Salary and Benefits: The hiring range for this role is from $79,100 to $158,200 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity options.
