As part of the Platform PG team, the Identity & Access pillar is crucial to Coinbase, overseeing significant product experiences such as: Access for Coinbase’s products, including sign in, sign up, recovery, and two-step verification - essential for using our custodial services. A Business Platform that delivers a top-notch business experience across all Coinbase products, driving growth through enhanced business capabilities and new verticals in areas like Biz Onboarding and Enterprise IAM. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Enterprise/Business IAM (Identity & Access Management), focusing on Multi-User functionality. Manage user functionalities for Coinbase’s B2B products, including roles, permissions, and hierarchies. Oversee authentication, authorization, and traditional identity management tasks. Deliver a comprehensive full-stack platform usable across every relevant Coinbase product. What We Look For: 7+ years of product management experience. 3 years of successfully taking products from conception to launch. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in navigating and influencing senior leadership across multiple functions. Track record of managing complex business and technical products effectively. Ability to deliver a cohesive product experience independent of organizational hierarchy. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new and complex domains. Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and our mission at Coinbase. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business-related field. 3 years in software development or engineering. 1-2 years of people management experience with direct reports and technical leadership.
