Join our team as an Affordable Housing Property Manager! We are a vibrant affordable housing community consisting of 132 units, featuring LIHTC and PBV programming. We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Property Manager to spearhead daily operations, support residents, and lead the on-site team while ensuring efficient financial performance, adherence to regulations, and a superior resident experience. What You'll Do Oversee and manage daily property operations to achieve financial, operational, and ownership objectives. Recruit, train, and mentor the on-site team, promoting accountability and team engagement. Manage budgets, control expenses, analyze variances, and guarantee precise financial reporting. Handle rent collections, notices, and eviction processes in strict compliance with applicable regulations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to manage work orders, unit turnovers, inspections, and capital improvements. Enhance leasing performance through property tours, outreach, marketing, and resident retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with LIHTC and PBV regulations in partnership with the Compliance team. What You'll Bring Experience in affordable housing property management, specifically with LIHTC and/or PBV. Strong leadership experience managing on-site teams effectively. Excellent financial and operational skills, including experience with budgeting and fiscal reporting. Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service capabilities. Able to work comfortably with a diverse range of residents, vendors, and internal teams. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary between $75,000-$85,000 annually.
