Your expertise will be pivotal in integrating and validating data from acquired companies, ensuring optimal accuracy, scalability, and reliability. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis and will have the chance to convert to a Full-Time Employee (FTE). W-2 Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions for Customer, Party, Product, Account, and Reference Data domains. Build and optimize MDM solutions compatible with AWS-based data platforms and Snowflake environments. Collaborate with business, data governance, and technology teams to establish master data standards and governance processes. Develop data models and enhance match and merge logic, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks. Facilitate integration between MDM platforms and downstream systems, including analytics platforms and core banking systems. Support cloud-native architectures using AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift. Work with Data Governance and Risk teams to maintain compliance with banking regulations and data security standards. Conduct root-cause analysis of data quality issues and lead improvement initiatives. Drive data initiatives aimed at platform modernization, cloud migration, and M&A data consolidation. Create and maintain robust technical documentation and operational runbooks. Experience Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture. Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar. Strong proficiency in AWS cloud environments. Demonstrated experience managing master data within Snowflake. Understanding of data governance, quality, and reference data management. Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT methodologies. Experience in financial services or banking sectors. Excellent communication skills for translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience with cloud-native MDM architectures in AWS is preferred. Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling and performance optimization is a plus. Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Informatica or Glue is preferred. Experience in enterprise data migrations or cloud transformations is an advantage. Prior experience in a contract-to-hire or consulting-to-FTE role is a plus.
