As a Senior Client Relationship Manager for Institutions, you will be a vital member of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals aligned with our mission. In this position, you will become a subject matter expert on Coinbase's suite of institutional products, delivering exceptional service and support to our esteemed institutional clients. Your diligence, empathy, and proactive approach will be crucial to the success of our Sales, Trading, and Prime organization while contributing to the growth of the crypto economy. Key Responsibilities: Manage essential institutional client relationships: Independently oversee key client needs while collaborating with sales, operations, onboarding, and other relevant teams. Handle client escalations: Promptly address client escalations and ensure alignment and resolution through effective communication with Account Management Leaders. Enhance the client experience: Work with a dedicated team to create a world-class experience through expert partner management and seamless execution. Develop product and workflow knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of multi-product client workflows to assist institutional clients in navigating and utilizing Coinbase's offerings effectively. Manage client requests: Prioritize and process incoming client requests efficiently while escalating complex issues to subject matter experts as needed. Support demos and sales efforts: Participate in client demo calls, enhancing your product knowledge and assisting sales teams as necessary. Organize and relay client feedback: Act as the voice of the client by collecting structured feedback for internal teams, identifying bugs, incidents, and potential product improvements. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Relationship Management. Team-oriented and client-focused: Strong collaboration and urgency in delivering client success. Outstanding communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for diverse audiences. Skilled relationship builder: Proven track record in establishing and maintaining trust-driven relationships. Proficiency with Google Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience and knowledge in Digital Assets. Previous experience in Prime Brokerage. Familiarity with AI tools. Base salary ranges vary based on your work location, with a target annual base salary of $151,895-$178,700 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include eligibility for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package that features medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
