As a Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to defense and government travelers before, during, and after their journey. We blend talented professionals with innovative technology to ensure our customers have unforgettable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Create both domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation. Ensure all reservations meet client standards and preferences. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insightful recommendations that enhance the traveler experience. Handle a variety of bookings, from straightforward to complex itineraries that include multi-destination travel, ticket exchanges, and challenging fare structures. Proactively address any changes or issues that may arise during travel assignments, ensuring smooth resolutions. Engage in comprehensive training from seasoned colleagues and utilize our internal resources to stay informed. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service role. Advanced proficiency in GDS, specifically Sabre. U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract obligations. A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Availability to work flexible schedules as this is a 24/7 service account.
