Restaurant ManagerLocation: Fort LauderdaleSalary: $55,000 + Full Benefits We are conducting a confidential search for a Restaurant Manager to lead front of house operations for a well established café and bakery within a hospitality driven environment. This role is responsible for overseeing service execution, leading the front of house team, and ensuring a consistent, high quality guest experience. The Restaurant Manager works closely with culinary leadership and hotel management while maintaining full ownership of the guest facing side of the operation. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily front of house restaurant operations • Lead, train, and develop the front of house team • Partner closely with the restaurant chef to ensure smooth kitchen and service coordination • Conduct staff briefings and maintain strong team communication • Ensure high quality service and handle guest concerns professionally • Monitor service standards and continuously improve the guest experience • Manage scheduling and staffing needs • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the outlet • Monitor operating costs including labor, food, beverage, and supplies • Ensure compliance with company standards, hospitality laws, and safety procedures • Maintain a strong presence within the local community and represent the venue professionally Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 Full health, dental, and vision benefits plus paid time off.
