Insurance Supplements Specialist (Xactimate Expert)

Allstate Exteriors & Restoration Services is hiring an experienced Insurance Supplements Specialist to take full ownership of the supplementing and claims optimization process for residential roofing and exterior insurance projects. This is a critical position responsible for capturing missed scope, protecting margin, and ensuring every claim is paid correctly and collected quickly. This is not an entry-level role - we're looking for someone who already understands insurance restoration and can confidently write supplements inside Xactimate at a high level. If you've worked as an adjuster, claims manager, supplement writer, or inside a roofing/restoration company, and you're excellent at follow-up and documentation, this role will feel natural. Key Responsibilities You will manage supplements from start to finish for residential exterior insurance claims, including: Write detailed and accurate Xactimate supplement estimates Identify scope gaps between carrier estimates and what the job actually requires Prepare and submit supplements with the correct documentation (photos, notes, measurements, invoices, codes, etc.) Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers professionally and persistently Work directly with homeowners to explain claim status and next steps Track claim timelines, submissions, approvals, and payment status Maintain clean, organized claim files and documentation Ensure supplements support profitability, accuracy, and fast collection What We're Looking For (Must-Haves) We're looking for someone who is experienced, structured, and confident.
