Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 2+ Years of Experience - [REQUIRED] Post-operative open heart care experience - [REQUIRED] Chest tube and other drain management Experience - Required Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access - Required Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including: reading and interpreting cardiac rhythym strips, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms - Required Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities - Required Experience with the following procedures and equipment (assisting with chest tube removal, assisting with removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices, use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems - Required Must float to all units within skill level- Required ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) About E-SolHealth EsolHealth is one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in San Jose, California.
