Crew Members are hands-on in a variety of tasks, including operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, maintaining a pristine environment, and occasionally assisting with customer service and sales. Whether you’re guiding vehicles, vacuuming interiors, or supporting our kiosk operations, you’ll be vital to our daily success. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate car wash equipment, including front wash, back wash, and vacuum systems. Engage customers with enthusiasm, assisting in membership sales and product upselling when necessary. Guide vehicles into and out of the tunnel safely, ensuring proper alignment. Inspect vehicles for damage before entry to mitigate potential claims. Prep vehicles by removing trash, vacuuming interiors, and cleaning surfaces for optimal wash performance. Dry and detail vehicles thoroughly, offering express and full-service options where applicable. Promote wash packages, memberships, and current promotions as needed. Rotate between various responsibilities based on business needs. Support opening and closing procedures, including maintenance checks and site organization. Perform general site cleaning, including sweeping, trash disposal, and maintaining cleanliness. Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and operational environment. Adhere to safety standards and company policies. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory). Must be at least 16 years old (or older if required by law). Valid driver's license preferred (may be necessary based on location). Previous experience in a customer-facing or outdoor role is a plus, but not required. Ability to pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Skills and Abilities: Strong customer service skills that foster positive guest experiences. Effective verbal communication skills, especially in vehicle direction and customer interaction. Basic sales capabilities to enhance membership and service sales. Organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced outdoor work environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and navigate uneven, wet surfaces for extended periods. Capacity to stoop, crouch, and bend frequently. Frequent handling of equipment, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working in a noisy environment due to machinery and high traffic. Ability to use personal protective equipment as required.
