Join our dynamic Implantable Heart Failure Management (IHFM) team, where we are leading the charge in developing groundbreaking technology to alleviate the challenges faced by structural heart patients suffering from heart failure. As a Clinical Specialist for IHFM, you will play an essential role in supporting Cardiologists, nurses, cath lab staff, and patients in effectively utilizing the Cordella PA Sensor System. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will provide training, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and engage in vital field service activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial as you will interact with physicians, hospital staff, and patients daily, fostering collaboration to enhance our customer experience. Your Impact: Support implant procedures within your assigned territory and beyond. Engage with customers to assess their clinical and educational needs. Lead internal meetings to identify and resolve field-related issues. Conduct site initiation visits and meetings with healthcare providers. Provide on-site training for physicians and heart failure staff. Perform troubleshooting and field service activities as needed. Represent IHFM at industry conferences and symposiums. Establish initial contacts, offering technical and clinical support to customers and patients. Collaborate with various departments to prioritize company initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: An Associate's Degree in Nursing or a related field, with 5 years of medical device, Cath lab, or clinical experience in an acute care environment. Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including strong presentation skills. Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking. Knowledge of valve crimping, case management, and clinical education programs. Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology relevant to our products. Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements and adverse event reporting. Ability to convey the clinical value of Edwards products. Experience in developing local market programs for healthcare stakeholders. Discretion in managing confidential information. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels. Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a collaborative approach to projects. We offer competitive salary packages, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits to support our employees and their families. The base pay range for this position is $106,000 to $125,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
