The Opportunity: As part of the Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team, you will lead the architectural direction of innovative software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable. In your role as a Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor, assisting teams in navigating complex technical projects while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with industry standards in software development and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives. Assess and integrate new technologies to achieve business goals. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering or architecture roles. What Sets You Apart: Experience in writing and reviewing code is preferred. Demonstrated capability to lead teams through intricate deliveries. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Skilled at converting business challenges into technical solutions. Experience working within scaled agile frameworks. Collaboration with Tech Leads across various teams to ensure successful technical outcomes. The salary for this position ranges from $124,000 to $280,000, with actual compensation depending on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired candidates will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
