Amazon's Middle Mile is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to maximize the efficiency of our Middle Mile Transportation network. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating both long-term strategies and immediate plans to meet program objectives and drive business success. Prioritizing and organizing resources and technical needs essential for timely program execution. Working closely with stakeholders to promote program adoption and guarantee successful implementation. Crafting business cases, conducting thorough analyses, and managing product development from conception to launch. Maintaining consistent and clear communication with stakeholders regarding program/product status and leadership reviews. Leading change management initiatives and driving the acceptance of solutions across Operations teams. Establishing KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and executing strategies for enhancement. Evaluating issues or opportunities and recommending practical solutions. Generating innovative ideas to improve efficiency and automation in the transportation supply chain. About the Team: This position is part of the Middle Mile Fleet Management (MMFM) organization, dedicated to ensuring the optimal availability of our powered assets to satisfy customer demands. We focus on proactively addressing short-term needs while identifying opportunities for long-term performance enhancement and scalability. Qualifications: 5+ years of program or project management experience. Skillful in utilizing data and metrics to foster improvements. Track record of defining program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and clearly communicating results to senior leadership. Bachelor's degree. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders. Adept at analyzing data and trends to convey business needs. Proven experience handling competing priorities and using metrics to guide informed business decisions. A history of influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across various regions and business sectors. Knowledge of fleet management, maintenance, supply chain, operations, or transportation logistics is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field. PMP certification. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas. Experience in Transportation and/or Commercial Fleet management.
