KPMG is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to join our KPMG Spectrum practice. Responsibilities: Lead the development lifecycle utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies, managing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and facilitating SCRUM sessions with expertise in tools like JIRA/ADO. Ensure operational efficiency with source control management (Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Docker). Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing codebases and systems across various technology stacks, including Cloud-native IaaS/PaaS (Azure, AWS), Web UI frameworks (React, Angular), backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python), and database integrations. Engage with architects and product managers to assess advanced technologies and assist in archiving new applications. Supervise technical documentation that encompasses standards, environments, and technical details for improved development efficiency. Design scalable AI solutions, leading proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to address complex business challenges. Leverage knowledge in data management, cloud scaling, and continuous integration to streamline AI deployment while staying abreast of AI trends and industry challenges to create customized AI solutions, ensuring ethical design and seamless integration with organizational systems. Partner with data scientists and engineers to refine AI models, monitor performance, and adapt systems for enhanced efficiency while translating data insights into actionable business strategies. Qualifications: At least five years of recent experience in leading enterprise software development using Agile Scrum methodologies. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Strong comprehension of Full Stack development, including contemporary UI frameworks (Angular, React) and backend services (Java, SpringMVC, Python). Experience with cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible); familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence, Lucid Chart, and Visio. Proven experience managing AI projects, from concept through deployment, ensuring ethical execution and alignment with organizational standards. Proficient in AI technologies, including GenAI, machine learning, and NLP frameworks (RAG, TensorFlow, PyTorch). The capability to lead and mentor technical teams (both onshore and offshore), with a minimum of two years in an AI leadership position. Willingness to travel as necessary.
