Radiology Technologist - Webster, New York

A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced X-ray Technologist to support medical imaging operations in a hospital environment. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in producing high-quality radiographic images for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient cases, including a range of bone structures with a focus on chests, abdomens, and extremities. Experience with Carestream technology and proficiency in operating OEC equipment within the OR are essential. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent X-ray experience within a hospital setting. Proven ability to handle volume radiography including chest, abdomen, and extremities. Experience operating Carestream and OEC imaging equipment. Licensed and certified with ARRT certification. For candidates trained outside the U.S., at least 2 years of U.S. work experience is required. Residence must be located more than 50 miles from the facility's location. Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours weekly. Includes 4 on-call shifts per month, 8 hours each. Responsibilities: Perform x-rays efficiently and accurately for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments. Manage portable radiographic imaging on hospital units as required. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic quality images. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and radiation protection standards.
