Key Responsibilities Strategic & Solution Leadership Be the Solution Owner and a functional expert for integrated systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP CGTO, Salesforce ATM, and Enterprise MDM. Develop the architecture, solution design, and technical roadmap for crucial GxP systems that support Clinical Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Quality Management, and Manufacturing. Lead the integration strategy and execution connecting SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce ATM, and other GxP systems. Convert complex business needs related to Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity into compliant and scalable system solutions, particularly vital for Cell and Gene Therapy. GxP, Quality & Compliance Ensure GxP compliance for all relevant applications, meeting requirements for validation, change control, documentation, audit trails, and data integrity. Manage the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for regulated systems, including validation planning, and executing protocols. Act as the main contact during regulatory inspections and internal GxP audits for managed systems. Establish processes for Master Data Quality and Governance, ensuring the integrity of GxP-critical data throughout the organization. Management & Execution Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team, including business analysts and consultants. Oversee project execution, managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines for significant system initiatives. Manage relationships and service delivery with external vendors involved in system implementation and support. Required Qualifications Experience & Functional Expertise 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing enterprise systems in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Cell/Gene Therapy industry. Expertise in leading transformation projects involving SAP S/4HANA. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Advanced Therapy Management, particularly related to patient and cell journey orchestration. Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and validation processes for regulated computer systems. Understanding of Master Data Management principles and experience implementing MDM solutions in regulated environments. Desirable knowledge of CGT processes including Chain of Custody and Identity. Education & Technical Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Ability to manage integration complexities, with experience in SAP CPI platform. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The base salary range for this role is $125,600 to $157,000, complemented by merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, and eligibility for the 401(k) plan along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Our generous time-off policy provides flexible paid time off, 11 holidays, and additional leave during our year-end shutdown. Total compensation will reflect the unique qualifications of each candidate.
