Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and prompt service while achieving operational goals. Swiftly address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction. Engage with guests through regular table visits to enhance their dining experience. Efficiently manage inventory to ensure necessary supplies while minimizing waste. Oversee product preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Create effective employee schedules aligned with sales demands. Implement safety and security measures to protect both employees and guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Coordinate routine maintenance and report necessary repairs to management. Recruit and recommend quality candidates for team and leadership positions. Facilitate training for new managers and staff to enhance their skills. Support employee development through one-on-one sessions and performance evaluations. Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and documentation as necessary. Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations. Effectively control departmental costs. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management preferred. Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications are advantageous. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Capable of standing and moving for up to ten hours at a time. Able to safely lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
