Introduction Join our dynamic team as an Associate Partner - SAP Business AI Architect, where your expertise can make a significant impact! We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional with a strong background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Business Data Catalog (BDC), and Joule. In this role, you will drive the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions that generate meaningful business value for our clients and enhance the strategic IBM-SAP partnership. Your role and responsibilities As an Associate Partner, you will take on a vital role where your responsibilities include: SAP and Business AI Expertise: Showcase your comprehensive understanding of SAP products, focusing on SAP BTP, BDC, and Joule while staying up-to-date with the latest enhancements and best practices in SAP AI and machine learning. Solution Architecture: Lead the design and development of integrated SAP Business AI solutions that leverage Joule, BDC, and related technologies, effectively addressing clients' complex challenges. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in the adoption and implementation of SAP Business AI solutions that convert technical complexity into quantifiable business benefits and strengthen stakeholder relationships. Partnership Enhancement: Work collaboratively with IBM and SAP teams to align with strategic goals, contribute to joint initiatives, and co-create innovative solutions. Differentiation Strategy: Identify and promote our unique value proposition in the SAP Business AI space, crafting persuasive go-to-market strategies that resonate with potential clients. Pre-sales and Proof of Concept (PoC) Support: Support the development of PoCs, demos, and proof statements that highlight SAP Business AI solutions, collaborating with sales teams to secure new business and nurture existing client partnerships. Thought Leadership: Engage in thought leadership activities, including speaking at industry events, publishing articles, and connecting with the SAP and IBM communities to establish our firm as an authoritative figure in the SAP Business AI domain. Incentive Maximization: Stay informed on IBM’s incentive programs to maximize rewards associated with successful SAP Business AI implementations. Market Awareness: Maintain a robust understanding of the SAP and IBM market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to provide clients with insights and advice. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of SAP Business AI strategies and initiatives. Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work from an IBM location, client sites, or your home as required. The specific in-office requirements will be determined by your management team. Required technical and professional expertise Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications, like SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate, are advantageous. Technical Expertise: Proven experience with SAP solutions, focusing on SAP BTP, BDC, and Joule. Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in SAP Leonardo or similar frameworks, along with proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Microsoft Azure. Professional Skills: Outstanding communication skills for clearly conveying complex concepts and strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or architecture positions within the enterprise software or SAP ecosystem. Leadership Potential: Evidence of the ability to inspire and mentor team members, with a pathway towards a senior leadership role.
