We are in search of an experienced Consultant to assist in designing, building/configuring, activating, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions. This work will focus on diverse Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team comprises dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate professionals looking to shape electronic health record systems for active-duty service members, their beneficiaries, our nation’s veterans, and American Indians and Alaska Natives. A Principal Consultant is a seasoned consulting professional who possesses an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, various business processes, and technology designs within a product/technology family. This role involves operating independently, delivering quality work products, and applying Oracle methodology and leading practices to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of combined related work experience and higher education, including: At least 2 years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, support, or other client-facing IT solution roles. 5+ years of relevant experience in functional or technical roles, with expertise in Oracle Health Perioperative product(s). An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently on tasks and projects. U.S. citizenship is required due to client contracts. Must be eligible to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable to the position. Expectations: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary. Availability to work additional or irregular hours based on local regulations. Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understanding your role in safeguarding assets and taking appropriate actions to address any security concerns. Salary and benefits information provided is specific to this position. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. Potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
