About the Product Team The Product Team at Rubrik plays a crucial role in driving our mission to secure the world's data through user-friendly products designed to simplify complex enterprise challenges. About the Role As a Product Growth Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Monetization, Packaging, and Pricing Strategy. Your contributions will directly impact our go-to-market strategies and enhance our product monetization frameworks. You will be responsible for tackling complex business challenges, deriving insights, and making recommendations that enhance our market approach. Responsibilities include: Enhancing monetization strategies for core products and exploring new revenue streams. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to create innovative monetization models. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to implement business strategies. Leading the execution of pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives. Translating complex data and market insights into actionable business strategies. Mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. About You (Your Impact) You bring a unique mix of strategic insight, technical proficiency, and financial know-how. With an analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving, you excel at turning data into impactful strategies. You are a results-driven individual who can take the lead on initiatives while also collaborating effectively within diverse teams. Qualifications: Education: Currently enrolled in an MBA program in the US. Graduation: Spring 2026 or Spring 2027. Experience: Minimum of 6 years in pricing, product management, consulting, banking, or operations. Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in financial modeling, market analysis, and problem-solving, with the ability to distill insights into clear recommendations. Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating compelling executive-level presentations. Technical Curiosity: A genuine interest in technology and a readiness to explore intricate product landscapes. Collaborative Leadership: Proven success in working across functions and influencing diverse stakeholders. Execution-Oriented: A history of achieving results in fast-paced environments. US Pay Range $65-70/hour USD, plus a housing and relocation stipend.
