Key Responsibilities: Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in compliance with regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care. Apply your nursing judgment effectively in patient management decisions. Provide immediate care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients. Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree. Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
