As a Consulting Manager focused on Nursing Transformation, you will be instrumental in supporting healthcare organizations as they navigate their most pressing challenges, while simultaneously enhancing operational effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Engagement & Strategy Development Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, pinpointing their clinical challenges and operational objectives to formulate tailored strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes and care quality. Lead client engagements, ensuring the successful realization of transformation objectives through comprehensive and evidence-based solutions. Project Leadership & Delivery Supervise large-scale healthcare projects, managing multidisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and budget-conscious completion. Implement top-tier practices in clinical operations, case management, and patient-centered outcomes. Facilitate workshops and presentations with healthcare executives and clinical teams to foster collaboration. Clinical Operations Improvement & Technology Enablement Analyze existing clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement, recommending innovative solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT experts to incorporate technology and data analytics into clinical processes for superior care quality. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Guide healthcare organizations through regulatory frameworks ensuring adherence to standards such as CMS and HIPAA. Develop effective risk management strategies to mitigate clinical operation and compliance challenges. Business Development Uncover new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, contributing to proposals and leading presentations for prospective clients. Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to expand Accenture's consulting influence. Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a dynamic team of healthcare consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Provide growth opportunities to nurture a skilled and motivated team aligned with our organizational objectives. Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement Stay abreast of healthcare trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies that impact operations. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through publications and speaking engagements, positioning Accenture as a leader in healthcare transformation. Travel: Anticipate travel up to 80% as necessary. What you need: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within healthcare, clinical operations, or consulting. At least 3 years dedicated to clinical operations and patient care optimization. 5 years of experience dealing with healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks. Preferred qualifications: A Master's degree or advanced certifications in healthcare administration or nursing leadership. Leadership experience within large healthcare systems. Proven success in enhancing clinical outcomes and reducing costs. Experience in conducting regulatory audits and compliance initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills.
