Company : Highmark Health Job Description : JOB SUMMARY Join Highmark Health as a Senior Product Manager, leading the way in the development of innovative capabilities that elevate our Commercial and Federal Insurance Products. You'll define a clear vision, engage stakeholders, and craft compelling business cases for new Insurance Product capabilities. Additionally, you'll oversee implementation efforts with delivery teams and drive enhancements in product and benefit configuration to optimize the Sales customer experience. This position offers flexibility with the opportunity to work hybrid or remotely. If located within 50 miles of an office, you are required to be onsite three days a week (T, W, Th). ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Craft a comprehensive product vision and strategy by grasping the company's strategic roadmap and the competitive landscape. Identify and pursue opportunities for asset improvements through quantitative metrics and qualitative insights. Represent the product in governance meetings. Communicate effectively to various audiences about roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions. Act as the accountable owner for the designated portfolio of products/tools. Encourage cross-product and cross-customer value through shared insights. Guide Agile development teams in your capacity as Product Owner. Manage the product backlog, regularly updating and re-prioritizing based on feedback from internal and partner teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on product vision and strategy. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. EXPERIENCE Required 5 years of experience in Product Management. 5 years of experience navigating the Software Lifecycle. 3 years of advanced domain experience in insurance or related fields. Preferred 3 years of experience with Agile processes. SKILLS Strong business acumen related to P&L management. Excellent communication skills. Conflict management abilities. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience and/or education. Preferred None.
