As a Legal Operations Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the daily functioning of our legal practices, ensuring we deliver high-quality services to our clients. We are searching for a highly organized individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-tier administrative support, performing tasks such as word processing, document production, meeting coordination, client communication, and scheduling. Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals at all levels within the firm and our client base. Manage and redirect incoming communication, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly. Coordinate and schedule appointments while optimizing the attorney's calendar to ensure all deadlines are met. Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, collecting and sharing important information efficiently. Organize and maintain comprehensive client files, adeptly tracking ongoing matters. Utilize NetDocs for managing both physical and electronic client and administrative files effectively. Promptly respond to client inquiries while ensuring their needs are met with utmost care. Anticipate attorney requirements by preparing drafts of necessary documents for review. Format, proofread, and ensure quality control for various legal documents. Prepare mailing packages for various delivery methods, confirming that all materials are complete. Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails. Submit conflict checks and enter new client matter information into OPEN. Draft engagement letters and process expense reports as required. Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. At least three (3) years of experience as a legal assistant is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
