We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for Quick Commerce Growth Initiatives to join our dynamic North America Launch & Expansion organization. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in accelerating the growth and expansion of Amazon's cutting-edge service - Amazon Now! Key Responsibilities Partner with Global Real Estate to craft an effective site selection strategy that supports Amazon Now's rapid expansion by working alongside Pre-Construction, Design, Topology, and Finance teams to identify and validate optimal delivery sites for under-30-minute service commitments. Implement a thorough site evaluation process, analyzing each proposed location based on financial metrics, capacity requirements, and service area optimization to align with Quick Commerce’s growth objectives. Challenge traditional approaches to uncover innovative solutions that eliminate process bottlenecks, advocate for bold alternatives that improve site selection, and expedite launch timelines. Swiftly adapt to evolving business needs by making informed, data-driven recommendations while ensuring high standards for site viability and long-term operational success. Deliver strategic insights to executives through leading business reviews attended by VPs, showcasing detailed site analyses and influencing critical launch decisions that shape Amazon Now's expansion. Build and cultivate a high-performing team that combines speed with analytical rigor, fostering collaboration with various stakeholders while remaining focused on impactful site selection criteria. About the Team The Quick Commerce Launch & Expansion Team at Amazon manages comprehensive launch activities from site selection through to store opening. As a Senior Program Manager for QC Growth Initiatives, you will collaborate closely with team members in pre-construction, construction, design, start-up, and launch processes. This integrated approach facilitates rapid scaling while maintaining high standards, and your contributions will significantly impact millions of customers enjoying Amazon's fastest delivery promise! The base salary range for this position is as follows: USA, TN, Nashville: $136,200.00 - $184,300.00 annually USA, WA, Bellevue: $151,400.00 - $204,800.00 annually Your Amazon compensation package may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, and location.
