Position Overview: Senior Director of Product Management - Security and Access Control In this pivotal role, you will lead the vision for access control within Genesys Cloud, ensuring the platform’s security, scalability, and intelligence. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will manage a strategic portfolio, focusing on access control, identity management, user lifecycle management, and data segmentation. Your goal is to simplify complex security challenges into user-friendly features that enhance administration, accelerate adoption, and meet stringent regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Craft and advocate a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for Genesys Cloud's access control, covering authorization models, identity governance, user management, and data segmentation. Develop a customer-centric strategy balancing usability, scalability, and security within enterprise environments. Establish and monitor success metrics and KPIs related to security posture, governance effectiveness, adoption rates, and customer trust. Collaborate with engineering, security, privacy, legal, and compliance teams to align access control capabilities with global trust and regulatory standards. Execution and Delivery Lead cross-functional product delivery using Agile and design methodologies to translate strategy into impactful platform features. Oversee prioritization and execution with product, engineering, UX, and research teams, ensuring consistent delivery of secure and extensible solutions. Manage telemetry and analytics to continuously improve user experience, policy clarity, and platform adoption. Ensure access control foundations are built for extensibility, reliability, and scalability for all stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the executive product owner for access control and identity strategy within Genesys Cloud. Regularly update senior leadership on platform strategy, rollout progress, and adoption metrics. Implement governance models to ensure effective adoption of access control features across products and regions. Foster strong relationships with enterprise customers to understand evolving access, compliance, and security needs, incorporating their feedback into the roadmap. Represent Genesys as a thought leader in secure, enterprise-grade cloud platforms at internal forums, customer briefings, and industry events. Encourage a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the product team. Requirements 10+ years of product management experience in leading complex SaaS initiatives. Proven hands-on experience delivering access control systems in a modern cloud environment, including management of authorization models and identity-related features. Demonstrated technical knowledge in access control, identity management, and user lifecycle frameworks. Skilled in developing product strategies that balance ease of administration with enterprise security and compliance standards. Expertise in influencing and uniting cross-functional teams without direct authority. Outstanding executive communication skills, adept at clarifying complex technical concepts for all audiences. Adept at both strategic visioning and detailed execution, delivering tangible results. Experience with large-scale platforms, especially within customer experience or workflow orchestration fields. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Success Metrics A cohesive access control and identity framework adopted across all Genesys Cloud services. Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary, with an expected range: $204,300.00 - $379,500.00. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
