Lead Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on transformative projects for our municipal clients facing water and wastewater challenges. Based in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office, you will be responsible for: Designing water and wastewater pump stations and treatment facilities. Developing process designs for water and wastewater plants and conveyance systems. Engaging in technical writing and creating construction drawings and specifications. Conducting pipe sizing calculations, pump selection, and designing rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps and blowers. Designing comprehensive piping systems, including valves and appurtenances for chemical systems and hydraulic studies. Your qualifications should include: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 14+ years of experience in water/wastewater process mechanical engineering for municipal clients. Experience as a Lead Engineer. Proficiency in developing construction documents and technical specifications. Expertise in detailed design for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems. A Professional Engineer (P.E) License. In addition, the ideal candidate will have: Experience with Design-Build, CMAR/CM-GC, and/or EPC projects. Experience providing construction support services for water and wastewater projects. Capability in developing project levels of effort for process mechanical design. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD staff.
