This role focuses on orchestrating delivery functions while fostering a culture of business alignment, innovation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead the development of a scalable Program Management Office (PMO) that transforms strategic goals into measurable business outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that IT teams are well-equipped with frameworks, talent, and governance, enhancing our ability to deliver swiftly, with quality and significant business impact. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic program and portfolio management Agile and product-centric delivery Enterprise architecture and planning Developing talent and fostering a positive culture Maintaining operational excellence Empowering enablement initiatives To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT, with at least 5 years in strategic roles such as in a PMO, enterprise architecture, or IT enablement. You should have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, coupled with effective business alignment and robust vendor management skills. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture principles, contemporary technology landscapes, cybersecurity measures, and data governance. Excellent business acumen and leadership capabilities are critical, including the capacity to develop a compelling technology vision, influence senior management, and lead change within the organization. A background in data center operations, telecommunications, or other technology-intensive fields is highly preferred.
