About This Position The NetSuite Customer Success (CS) team is looking for a skilled Principal Consultant to enhance our Professional Services team, specifically in our Restaurant and Hospitality Practice. This role involves delivering ERP implementations and optimization projects using the SuiteSuccess methodology for a diverse range of customers throughout North America. In this role, you will lead comprehensive NetSuite implementations, phase upgrades, module deployments, and health-check engagements. Your primary goal will be to achieve high-value, project-based outcomes while collaborating closely with Project Managers and consulting teams to ensure delivery of tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are crucial as you navigate complex client interactions and collaborate effectively across various teams. Additionally, this position will increasingly support AI-driven business transformations, assisting customers in identifying, designing, and adopting AI capabilities integrated with NetSuite to enhance efficiency and achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement NetSuite projects for Restaurant & Hospitality industry clients, ensuring top-quality results and customer satisfaction. Collect, analyze, and validate client business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions. Design and configure NetSuite workflows, automations, and integrations to meet client objectives. Work with internal and partner technical resources to define functional requirements and oversee the design and testing of advanced configurations. Assist in integrating AI-enabled use cases within ERP programs. Guide and mentor consultant team members to ensure quality and successful delivery outcomes. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients; manage expectations and risks professionally. Utilize NetSuite methodologies and industry best practices to ensure consistent and effective project outcomes. Contribute to project planning, scoping, and knowledge sharing within the Professional Services organization. Stay abreast of NetSuite capabilities, certifications, and platform advancements. Minimum Qualifications At least 7 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in ERP solution implementation and/or administration. Strong background in ERP consulting with proven success in leading customer implementations. Experience with the NetSuite platform is highly preferred; experience with other ERP systems will be considered. Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and present information at an executive level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). Preferred Qualifications Over 2 years of experience with AI/ML or generative AI capabilities within business applications. Experience with integrating using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON/CSV, and ETL/data preparation. Understanding of SQL, data quality, and basic prompt engineering concepts. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and responsible AI practices. Experience with OCI Generative AI services and/or NetSuite AI features. NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) and/or equivalent cloud certifications. Knowledge of the consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce domains. Experience establishing KPIs for AI-enabled use cases. Proven capability in managing medium to large ERP projects with technical complexity. Experience in mentoring and coaching other consultants. Experience in the Restaurant & Hospitality industry is a plus but not essential. Willingness to travel as required.
