We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing IAM service operations, leveraging various IAM technologies. Managing the implementation and automation of Ping SSO for streamlined service delivery. Directing CyberArk PAM, MS directory management, and Entra ID operations, supported by our global teams. Enhancing tool configurations through detailed reviews and strategic recommendations. Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success. Collaborating with global teams to drive improvements and achieve effective deliveries. Analyzing previous reports to suggest enhancements for future operations. Working with alliance leaders to automate processes and boost service delivery efficiency. Providing regular updates on project progress to internal management and client stakeholders. Creating knowledge capital through continuous research and leveraging industry insights. Contributing to the growth of Accenture Security through thought leadership and innovative strategies. This role may require travel based on business needs and client demands. Qualifications required: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); an Associate's Degree requires a minimum of 6 years work experience. At least 8 years of experience managing SSO, IGA, PAM, and directory management across extensive systems, designing solutions tailored to client requirements. At least 5 years of hands-on experience demonstrating success in IAM operations management and improving service delivery. In-depth knowledge of service management, SaaS product scaling with a customer-first approach, and cloud integration. Strong analytical skills focused on performance metrics and user feedback. Bonus qualifications: Experience in SAP role management and GRC. Familiarity with SailPoint ISC. Proficient in building relationships across diverse teams and cultures. Experience serving C-Level clients as an IAM lead. Possession of expert-level certifications in PingOne SSO, CyberArk EPV, and Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate. Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors like office location, role, skill set, and experience level. The general salary range is as follows: California: $94,400 to $293,800; Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000; Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800; District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300; Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800; Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800; Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300; Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800; New York: $87,400 to $293,800; New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800; Washington: $100,500 to $270,300.
