About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team focused on the Retail sector within NetSuite Customer Success (CS). In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering ERP implementations and optimization projects using the SuiteSuccess methodology for our diverse range of clients. This position is located within the NetSuite Customer Success - Delivery / Professional Services organization. You will be responsible for leading comprehensive NetSuite implementations, phase upgrades, module deployments, and optimization or health-check projects that yield high-value outcomes. As a Principal Consultant, you will work independently, taking full ownership of engagement outcomes while closely collaborating with Project Managers and consulting teams to ensure high-quality, tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are vital as you navigate complex client situations and foster collaboration between internal and external teams. Additionally, this role will increasingly support AI-driven business transformation, helping customers identify, design, and adopt AI capabilities that enhance efficiency and insights for measurable results. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for Retail customers, ensuring high standards of quality, project scope, and customer satisfaction. Gather, analyze, and validate client business needs and convert them into scalable NetSuite solution designs. Architect and configure NetSuite solutions in alignment with customer business objectives, including complex workflows, automations, reporting, and integrations. Define detailed functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy integrations and advanced configurations. Support AI-driven use cases within ERP programs, with a focus on workflow automation and decision support integrated into NetSuite and related applications. Provide leadership and mentorship to consulting team members, effectively delegating tasks while ensuring quality and timely solution delivery. Establish strong, trusted-advisor relationships with clients, managing expectations, project scope, and associated risks with professionalism. Utilize NetSuite implementation methodology, industry best practices, and internal standards to ensure consistent, successful outcomes. Engage in solution scoping, project planning, and proactive knowledge sharing throughout the Professional Services organization. Stay updated on NetSuite capabilities, relevant certifications, and emerging platform enhancements. Minimum Qualifications 5 or more years of cumulative relevant experience in ERP solution implementation and/or administration, including 3-5 years in a consulting role. Proven experience in leading customer-facing ERP implementations. Preferred candidates will have experience with the NetSuite platform; candidates with expertise in competing ERP platforms will also be considered. Demonstrated consulting proficiency, capable of leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and delivering executive-level presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English is required. Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of experience with AI/ML or generative AI capabilities integrated into business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, commerce, supply chain, or analytics). Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON/CSV, and ETL/data preparation techniques. Strong expertise in data foundation, including SQL, data quality, metadata management, and feature readiness; familiarity with hyperparameter tuning concepts is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and responsible AI practices in enterprise settings. Experience with OCI Generative AI services and/or NetSuite AI features (e.g., Text Enhance, Intelligent Item Recommendations, Demand Planning, AI Connector/MCP) is highly advantageous. Relevant NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) and/or cloud certifications (OCI or equivalent) are highly preferred. Expertise in consumer goods, retail, distribution, or e-commerce, with a focus on pricing, promotions, inventory, and supply/demand planning. Experience in defining KPI frameworks for AI-driven or automation use cases such as accuracy improvement, cycle-time reduction, or revenue growth. Demonstrated success in leading medium to large ERP programs with significant cross-functional and technical complexity. Experience mentoring or coaching consultants during delivery engagements is a plus. Willingness to travel when required.
