What You Can Expect We are excited to announce the opening for a Product Adoption Team Manager who will lead a dedicated group of 10 specialists focused on enhancing workflow integration and promoting the adoption of multiple products. About the Team The Customer Service team is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer experience at Zoom. We are committed to building lasting relationships, encouraging product utilization, and serving as dedicated post-sales contacts for our customers. By supplying valuable resources, we empower our customers to succeed with our solutions while effectively managing internal processes and facilitating collaboration across departments. Responsibilities Evaluate and optimize the performance of your team of specialists by restructuring coverage, defining key metrics, and developing growth plans. Develop a comprehensive content strategy and engagement model, including email campaigns, webinars, and community interactions. Create dashboards, enhance processes through experimentation, and implement automation for greater efficiency. Ensure customers can seamlessly access adoption programs throughout their journey, starting from Day 1. Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Customer Success Managers, Product, Marketing, and Support to create smooth customer experiences. Take ownership of multi-product adoption and workflow integration metrics. Drive noticeable improvements in adoption rates (+15-20 points for 2+ products) and demonstrate ROI through precise attribution modeling. Encourage a culture of experimentation while developing the product knowledge and content creation skills of your specialists. What We're Looking For A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or Enablement, with at least 3-5 years leading high-performing teams in high-growth or start-up environments. A proven ability to design and launch customer programs that achieve significant measurable impact. Experience with tech-touch models and digital campaigns (email, webinars, in-app), and the ability to balance automation with a personal touch. Strong analytical skills for building dashboards, interpreting metrics, conducting segmentation and cohort analysis, and leveraging insights to drive strategy. Experience in creating scalable content strategies, educational programs, and training materials, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles. A strategic thinker who can see the big picture, identify dependencies, and innovate processes that scale efficiently. Exceptional communication and influence skills, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes in matrix organizations. Confidence in making decisions with incomplete information and achieving results in uncertain conditions. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $126,500.00 Maximum: $276,700.00 In addition to the base salary, our Total Direct Compensation philosophy considers base salary, bonuses, and equity value. Please note that starting pay will be determined based on various factors and will reflect your qualifications and experience.
