Field Support Representative

Inizio Engage has joined forces with a renowned specialty pharmaceutical company to build a dedicated team of Field Support Representatives focused on promoting pharmaceutical products. This role is essential in providing significant sales and educational assistance across prioritized territories, making a real impact in delivering healthcare solutions to patients in need. As part of your responsibilities, you will actively engage with primary care physicians, ENTs, and allergists to enhance awareness and drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical products, executing strategies with both precision and flexibility. Act as a dynamic field-based resource supporting key territories within your assigned region Establish and nurture relationships with Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists to boost product awareness Foster advocacy through impactful clinical and strategic interactions Display profound knowledge of therapeutic areas and products, covering efficacy, safety, and competitive factors Navigating market access and reimbursement environments to enhance product uptake Work alongside cross-functional partners to ensure territory success Optimize sales performance by using data, executing territory plans, and adapting to local market demands Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and accountability Engage in frequent travel within your region, with occasional overnight stays What do you need for this position?
