Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will lead the way in delivering professional nursing care that ensures the comfort and well-being of our patients. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while also supervising and documenting care and education for patients and their families. What qualifications do you need? Preferred Experience: Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain a BSN within five years of hire. Exceptions may apply for candidates with ten or more years of experience. Required Licensure: Must maintain current licensure as a registered nurse in North Carolina; eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) may apply. Certification: Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
