We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Data Integration Specialist to join our team at Dentons US LLP. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge data integration solutions within our dynamic legal technology ecosystem. You will play a vital role in connecting various legal systems, facilitating reliable data flow, and ensuring the robust infrastructure that supports our legal operations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integration solutions for systems such as Elite 3E, iManage, and SharePoint to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time synchronization processes between Microsoft SQL Server databases and legal applications. Configure and manage API-based integrations, webhooks, and middleware solutions for secure data transfer between SaaS services and on-premise legal systems. Implement robust database integration solutions utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures and triggers to enhance cross-system data operations. Build and maintain PowerBI data connections for real-time legal dashboards, sourcing integrated data from multiple platforms. Configure Microsoft Fabric integration services, including Data Factory pipelines to optimize legal system data flows. Implement Databricks workflows for complex data transformations between legal systems and data environments. Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance while implementing optimization strategies to ensure high availability of systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, data mappings, and system connectivity protocols. Collaborate effectively with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms to track and propagate real-time updates across integrated systems. Ensure integration security measures and compliance standards are upheld, particularly concerning sensitive legal data. Perform additional duties as required to meet the needs of the role. Experience & Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in systems integration, with 3 years specifically focused on legal industry applications and databases. Hands-on experience with Elite 3E integration, including API connectivity and custom interface development. Proficient in integrating iManage systems, focusing on document synchronization and workflow automation. Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL Server integration techniques, including SSIS, stored procedures, and cross-database solutions. Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration patterns and PowerShell automation. Experience with PowerBI architecture and automated data refresh settings. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric services and enterprise data integration. Proficiency in Databricks workflows, including job scheduling and data orchestration. Familiarity with enterprise integration tools like Boomi or MuleSoft. Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise service bus architectures. Proficient in SQL and scripting languages like PowerShell for integration tasks. Experience with batch processing, real-time synchronization, and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of legal data structures, compliance, and security standards for system integration. Exceptional analytical skills for diagnosing complex integration issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and legal professionals. Experience utilizing cloud integration solutions, especially Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and API Management. Familiarity with version control systems and change management processes for integration solutions.
